I've forgotten my password/reset my password

Go to My Account from the menu at the top of the Blue Bricks website. and click Log In, then from the Log In popup, click Forgot Password to be emailed a code to reset your password.

How to I manage my subscription & access invoices?

Go to My Account from the menu at the top of the Blue Bricks website. If you're currently logged in you'll see the Profile option, click this then Billing, then "Secure Billing Portal" to manage your subscription on Stripe, our billing partner. From here you can update bill card details, as well as cancel your subscription, and download invoices and receipts.

How often is the magazine delivered?

Blue Bricks Magazine is delivered to your door every 2 months.

How do I log in?

Go to My Account from the menu at the top of the Blue Bricks website. and click Log In. If you're already logged in, it will show the Log Out option instead.

How to I change my delivery address?

Go to My Account from the menu at the top of the Blue Bricks website. If you're currently logged in you'll see the Profile option, click this then follow the link on the Profile page to manage your delivery address.

I've forgotten which email I used for my login

Email hi@bluebricksmagazine.com with your full name and contact number and we will get in touch to confirm your login email.

Free trial periods

On first time sign up, you may be offered a free trial period. If you have previously had a subscription with a free trial period and subsequently cancelled, new subscriptions may not include a free trial period.
