Hayley Andrews

She’s a multiple business owner, international speaker, and regular property expert on Sky TV. Scott Marshall

Scott Marshall is the founder and Managing Director of Roma Finance, a specialist bridging lender. He was awarded the EN Award for Financial & Professional Services Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016. Scott has grown Roma Finance into a major player in the bridging finance sector and will share insights into property finance and funding.

Ranjan Bhattacharya

Founder of SucceedInProperty.com and a renowned property YouTuber with over 60,000 subscribers, Ranjan started investing in property in 1990 and moved into commercial property in 2003. He specializes in utilizing permitted development rights to convert commercial buildings for alternative uses. Ranjan has been mentoring property investors since 2003 and runs a unique commercial property mastermind programme.

Nicholas Wallwork

Nicholas Wallwork is a leading international property market commentator, investor, developer, mentor and globally published author. Nicholas heads up several property investment companies and as an author, he has written “Investing in International Real Estate For Dummies” and “Brexit For Dummies” (published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.).

Through the “Redbrick” real estate brand, Nicholas and his team have an extensive track record of working on successful developments and investments in the property industry. He has a wide breadth of real estate experience with specific expertise in developing houses in multiple occupation, micro studio and co-living apartment blocks, and private rented-sector developments. He also has experience developing serviced apartment, assisted living and Home Office run residential properties.
