From active duty in Iraq to protecting high-profile clients as a bodyguard, Tom’s story could stop there, but it doesn’t.
After overcoming PTSD, severe mental health challenges and paralysis, Tom transitioned into property. Today, he runs a multimillion-pound portfolio spanning luxury hotels, commercial units and residential developments. He’s also delivered new build housing sites, title split deals and lease option projects.
In this talk, Tom shares it all, including mindset and leadership skills he learnt on the front line to practical strategies for building profitable, low-money-down deals.
Nathan Winch
Nathan Winch is Chief Executive at Winch & Co, a Leeds-based private office that invests in and owns multiple companies, predominantly in the infrastructure and industrial service verticals, employing over 100 people across their 3 offices in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle. So far, he and his team have completed 12 acquisitions and 8 exits, specialising in supply chain mobilisation, transaction arbitrage, and insolvency restructuring — operating for over 16 years.
