Let us take you back in time. Back to an era where fashion and luxury were at their height. Where suits and dresses were all the rage, and houses could be bought for the price of a cocktail.
Welcome to the 1920s, the setting for our next awards ceremony. A night of prestige and vintage glamour, where we celebrate those in the industry who are making a positive difference and completing deals that have that ‘wow’ factor.
Whether you’re throwing your hat in the ring for an award or simply attending to connect with 300 of the UK’s most established investors and developers, one thing’s for certain: between the party, the conversations, and the calibre of guests in the room, this is a night you won’t forget.

Our awards are based on ethics, showcasing people who are doing and making a difference. Many of the winners from our first awards were featured in local newspapers and publications after their win because of this very reason.
Winning an award isn’t just about recognition on the night. It’s a seal of trust from other respected investors, something that sets you apart when it matters most, whether you’re raising finance, securing deals, or building your brand.
We have a range of awards available. To apply for yours, just click the button below.

If you’re a property investor or developer who has gone above and beyond to make the world a better place, then this is the award for you.
Being an ethical investor covers a range of topics. For example, you could have gone out of your way to care for a tenant. You might have invested in a way that is sustainable for the environment, or you might be taking measures to improve your local community.
If you’re a good person doing good things, then we want to hear from you. When you submit your video, tell us what you have done in your property business that shows you care for those around you.
The Sustainable Deal of The Year Award is for those who have been actively involved in a project that bears the environment in mind. Architects, planning consultants and other service providers can also be nominated for this award, alongside investors and developers.
If you have incorporated a green thumb into your project, doing your bit to help the planet, then this is the award for you.
Have you completed a ‘unicorn’ project that’s a financial wonder? Or have you worked on something that, while maybe not as profitable, is a beautiful building that’s worth shouting from the rooftops about?
This award is for a deal that has that ‘wow factor’. Something that is worlds apart from the competition in terms of profits, aesthetics, or just a deal that has done something to benefit a local community.
All investment strategies, like developments, HMOs and serviced accommodation units are applicable for this award.
.This is the award for those who are building beautiful new houses from the ground up. However, this isn’t just about quantity. We’re just as interested in seeing the luxurious self-build as we are in the block of 50 apartments.
If you have created a newbuild project that has high profit margins, contains that ‘wow factor’ or has improved your community in some way, then we want to hear from you.
Have you ‘recycled’ a commercial unit and turned it into beautiful residential homes? If you have, then we want to see your submission.
This is the award for people who have converted a commercial premises and made high profits in the process. This award is also judged on the prestigiousness of the development itself, so listed buildings or something a little different are also suitable submissions.
Have you done something that’s left a positive impact on the community? That could be restoring a historic building, creating social housing or doing something charitable.
If you have completed a project that’s left you with a ‘feel good factor’ and made the lives of others better, then you could be the winner of the Community Contribution Award.
Investing in social housing is a great way of creating a ‘passive’ property portfolio whilst doing something that helps vulnerable individuals. We want to recognise investors who have made a positive difference in their communities by creating more of this much-needed resource.
If you have completed a large or lucrative social housing deal, or if this is a strategy that you are actively involved in, you could be an award-winner on the 21st of May.
The best co-living award is for those who have done more than invest in an HMO project. It’s for the ones who have created communities in their properties where tenants actively want to live.
This award is judged on the quality of your property, including interior design and measures taken to promote tenant wellbeing and engagement.
This award is for a finance broker who has genuinely made a difference to the investors and developers they work with. Someone who takes the stress out of funding, finds solutions others might miss and consistently goes the extra mile to help people get their projects over the line.
If you’ve supported clients through challenging deals, secured great rates, or helped make a project possible when it looked unlikely, then this award is for you.
When you submit your video, tell us how you’ve helped your clients, what sets your service apart and why people value working with you
This is an award for businesses that supply goods or services to the property industry. For example, tech companies, estate agencies, architects, and interior designers.
We are looking for a business that goes above and beyond in its role, making the lives of property investors and developers easier, or assisting them in making their projects more profitable. If you’re a business or individual offering a world-class service, then this is the award for you.
Are you new to your investing journey? Have you just gotten started in the industry, but you’re already making a big splash?
This award is for an investor who is new to their journey and has already achieved something incredible, like completing a highly lucrative deal, or rapidly growing their portfolio.
To qualify for this award, you cannot have been investing for more than two years.
This is the award for a training provider who is inspiring people to either get started in property, or to ‘level up’ what they’re currently doing. What’s important for this award is that your company provides students with the right toolkits and templates for success, while training them in an ethical manner.
You don’t have to be the ‘biggest’ training provider to win this award, you just need a demonstratable track record of successful students and examples of going above and beyond to help your clients succeed.
Do you have an SA unit that screams ‘luxury’? Have you done a deal that’s a little ‘different’ or one that has turned into an extremely profitable opportunity?
For this award, we are looking for something special. We want an investor or developer who has taken on a challenge and created a beautiful place to stay that is the awe of the area.
Attention all property investors, developers and business owners. This is the award for an individual who has been at the top of their game over the past year. This could be an individual who is involved in ‘mega-deals’ or who has taken on a project that is worth shouting from the rooftops about.
If you have a big achievement that you feel makes you the property person of the year, then we want to hear your story.
Do you run a networking event that’s going from strength to strength? Perhaps you’re the founder of a property forum, group or online meetup that receives regular engagement.
We want to use this award to promote someone who is creating a growing and vibrant community (either in-person or online) that is bringing people together.
Calling all techies. This is the award for you. We want to award a business that has created an extraordinary piece of tech that could revolutionise the industry. Tech like deal analysers and sourcing software all apply.
If you’re an innovator, then put yourself forward to become our award winner.
Have you worked on a commercial project that stands out? Maybe you turned around an office, retail unit, industrial space or something more unusual. Or perhaps you secured a deal that has become a cash cow.
This award is for a commercial project that’s worth shouting about. If your deal shows strong numbers, creativity or has made a clear difference to the local area (or the businesses that rent from you), then this is the award for you.
When you submit your video, tell us what you achieved, why the deal mattered and what makes it a commercial project others can learn from.

This is an unmissable opportunity for professionals in the property industry to come together and celebrate their achievements, network with like-minded individuals and be inspired by the incredible work being done in our field.
This event is for highly-experienced and accomplished investors. Our judges and attendees include industry celebrities (as seen on Sky TV), angel investors and high-net-worth business owners. If you’re looking to grow your network or find finance for your deals, this is the place to be.
